1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship primarily within the United States.
Orders can be delivered to all 50 states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories or islands is supported; however, delivery times may be longer than standard estimates.
We are able to ship to PO Box addresses via USPS. For APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses, delivery may be available but can require additional processing and transit time depending on the destination.
At this time, we do not actively offer international shipping outside the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2. Order Cut-off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Orders placed before this time on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Processing Time
All products are made to order. This means each item is produced after the order is placed.
Processing time typically takes between 2 to 5 business days. This includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
4. Shipping and Delivery Time
Once an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier operations, and external factors such as weather or logistics delays.
The total estimated delivery time, including processing and shipping, is generally between 7 and 15 business days.
5. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of 4.99 USD per order.
Free shipping is available for orders with a total value of 150 USD or more.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping Carriers and Tracking
We work with established shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination and fulfillment process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and location of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.

9. Return to Sender
Orders may be returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages.
If an order is returned to sender, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Reshipment may be arranged, but additional shipping fees may apply.
10. Order Cancellation and Modification
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed.
After this period, the order may already be in production, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
