What areas do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. Shipping is also available to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, although delivery times may be longer. We support PO Box addresses via USPS and may deliver to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses depending on the destination.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States unless otherwise specified at checkout.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. This includes production, quality checks, and packaging, as all items are made to order.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days. The total estimated delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days.

What is the order cut-off time?

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of 4.99 USD per order. Free shipping is available for orders of 150 USD or more.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We work with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on the order and destination.

How can I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, changes may not be possible as the order may already be in production.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You may be required to provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for review.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you. Reshipping may be arranged, but additional shipping fees may apply.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be approved before being sent back.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Returns may be accepted for change of mind, defective items, or incorrect orders.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Is there a restocking fee?

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for returns due to customer reasons such as change of mind or incorrect address. No fee applies if the issue is due to our error.

You must contact our support team to request return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
